About Dan's Real Estate Experience
Dan's real estate career started in southern California in the mid 70's. After only 2 years as a salesman, Dan obtained his Brokers licence and opened his own real estate firm. Dan's firm soon expanded to one of the leading real estate firms in the area, with a real need to provide good training for his sales people Dan joined forces with three other top brokers in the area and started one of southern leading real estate sales training firms. This firm, Operation Quick Start, Inc. provided sales training for most of the large firms in southern California including Coldwell Banker, Red Carpet, Century 21 and ERA. Dan was also a charter member and founder and director of one of the largest Board's of Realtors in California. He also was very involved in the computerization of the MLS systems, his office was one of the first beta testing points for the then new system. Dan launched Maui411.Com internet sit before most Maui agents even knew what the internet was! Dan's internet site are amoung the top site on Maui ranking on the first page in top search engines like "Google". Dan was the Y2K Top Sales Dollar Volume Leader with ERA - Maui Real Estate and the Y2K Top Sales Dollar Volume Leader with ERA in the State of Hawaii and #7 in the United States in non-residental sales volume during Y2K. Dans sales volume is always in the top 2 or 3 of ERA in the state, in 2004 Dan was Top Sales Leader at ERA - Maui Real Estate and won the prized National Leaders Circle award. in 2005, Dan's sales were #2 and again won the prized National Leaders Circle award.
Again in 2006 Dan is #1 in sales with ERA in the state of Hawaii and #172 in the United States, Dan sells around 3 times that of the average ERA agent.
Dan's Hobbies
Dan is a skilled cabinet maker, carpenter, auto mechanic, plumber & electrician. His real love is cars and his favorite is his Black Porsche 928GT.  As a hobby Dan enjoys racing and doing the maintenance on this cars. For a work car, Dan just up dated from a 1999 Mercedes Benz ML430,  to a 2004 Mercedes Benz ML500
Recently one of Dan's clients, who's firm sponsors the Orange Arrow Formula One
 racing team invited Dan to attend the United States Grand Prix at Indy. Being the car nut that he is, Dan had to go!
Dan's other interests include watching his grand daughter dance the Hula,  which she started at the age of 5, she is now 13 and a very good little Hula dancer, she was selected to dance in the Hula Bowl this year and last and this year had a leading role in a major annual Hula show.
