Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits: A 5 night deposit is required to hold your dates. The minimum stay is 5 nights
Balance Due: The balance is due not later than 60 days prior to arrival, personal checks are accepted.
Refunds: Refunds are made on advance cancellation not less than 60 days prior to arrival date. No refunds on cancellations within 60 days of arrival unless we are able to re-rent the period you had booked.
