After we find you your Maui dream home or condo or sell your Maui property, Corrine's function is to make sure all the time lines of your transaction are met by all the parties involved. She makes sure all the details come togeather for a smooth and timely closing. At any time you can contact Corrine about the status of your transaction.
A. J. - MLS input Specialist and receptionist
As soon as I bring your listing into the office AJ's job is to input all your listing information in the local MLS system, the ERA national system, Realtor.Com, Home.Com and EraMaui.com. She then notifies the 100's of ERA's sales people on Maui and the neighbor islands via Email of your listing, you never know when one of our sales associate might be working with a buyer that would be the one for your property. AJ also is in charge of our phone system. During business hours you have to deal with a computer. When you call our office a real person, AJ will direct your call to the person your calling for or their voice mail. AJ is also the first smiling face you'll see if you vist our new modern office in the Safeway Center in South Maui.
